Friday Book Club: Higher Etiquette

Higher Etiquette: A Guide to the World of Cannabis, from Dispensaries to Dinner Parties” by Lizzie Post – Review

What is the proper protocol when bringing over edibles to a party?

How should you behave during your first visit to a cannabis dispensary?

What’s the difference between eating cannabis and smoking it?

The answers to these questions and so much more are in Lizzie Post’s book “Higher Etiquette: A Guide to the World of Cannabis, from Dispensaries to Dinner Parties” and are ready for your consumption!

As legalization sweeps the land and the existing level of the social stigma surrounding marijuana use has decreased, we are beginning to see a higher level of acceptance than ever before. This increase in social acceptance of marijuana means an increase in social situations that involve or are focused upon cannabis use.

“Higher Etiquette” was written with the intent of being your guide to navigate the social cannabis atmosphere and helping you to avoid any potential faux pas on your end.

-Topic Focus-

This book contains a wide array of information on the social aspects of cannabis use. Here you will find content ranging from how to graciously accept cannabis as a guest, how to properly gift marijuana, understanding the differences between eating and consuming cannabis, how not to be a weirdo at a dispensary, learning the differences between effects of various strains and so much more.

In this book, you will find a break down of many cannabis products and learning how to properly use them. This kind of information is not present in public schools (imagine that!) so having it present in this book is valuable.

The cannabis industry is rapidly growing but overall still in its infancy so having access to scientific data and social information assists with the increased social acceptance of cannabis use and the products/businesses associated.
