Most successful professional accomplishment before cannabis: I started my career as a CPA with KPMG in Cape Town specializing in organizational development before joining the world’s largest Staffing Executive Search firm. I launched the company’s Tech Recruitment division in Australia and eventually became Managing Director of Executive Search in the USA. I have more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies searching for and placing executives all over the world, from South Africa, Australia, Singapore, across the US and Canada.

The mission for my company is to be the world’s premier Staffing and Executive Search firm for the cannabis industry. Most important company 5 year goal: My goal for company and brands over next 5 years is to continue our expansion internationally to become the leading global staffing solution in the cannabis industry. In addition to offices in other target US cities, our initial international targets include offices in the UK and Canada.
