The DEA recently stated THC-O does not qualify as hemp, rather it is a schedule 1 substance. Some interpret this to be in conflict with a previous circuit court ruling, while others see it as the end of THC-O. Two weeks after the statement, THC-O products can still be found for sale online and in stores.
